I specifically tailor my approach to each client based upon their exact treatment needs. I’m trained in a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness (among others). A big tool we’ll use is CBT, where I help you spot and tackle those harmful thoughts and emotional patterns screwing up your life. 

I’m all about evidence-based, self-guided treatments between sessions too—because real change happens when you’re putting in the work, not just talking about it.

All the alphabet soup after my name aside, at my core I’m a people pleaser – I genuinely want everyone around me to be happy and comfortable at all times. I’m invested in my clients and when I blurt something like “hell yeah” or “here for it” or “you’re crushing it” during our sessions, you better believe it’s for real. 
I’ve known since I was a teenager that I wanted to be a therapist and I am still just as excited and passionate about this career today as I was when I started my education.
